The United States Defense Department has added more than dozens of Chinese Companies, including world’s largest drone manufacturer to the blacklist of firm alleged ties to the Chinese military. The main purpose of US is to clearing the way for restriction on their business.
Shenzhen based drone technology firm, which is estimated to control the half of the global market for the commercial drone. This technology is among the 13 firms added to the blacklist released by the Pentagon on Wednesday.


The blacklist grants the US president authority to impose sanctions against companies deemed to have a connections to the Chinese military. The announcement comes after the US Department last year banned US- based persons from trading shares of DJI and seven other Chinese companies over their alleged involvements in the surveillance of ethnic Uighurs in China’s Far westerns region of Xinjiang.
The blacklist includes more than 66 Chinese Firm including Tech giant Huawei Technology and also semiconductor makers SMIC.


US President Joe Biden has pushed the to isolate Chinese companies with military ties as a part of of a sweeping effort to the counter Beijing areas ranging for the defence of the Technology and Trade.
China has described the US sanctions against Chinese’s firms as a ” typical political manipulation ” and warned the scientific and technological advancements should not be used as a tools to restricts the development of the other countries.
